Hi doctor my pulse gets high when I masturbate pulse sometimes or maximum times get little higher that I can feel while masturbation I also used to ejaculate every day every time more or less heart beats increases while masturbation. I had been continuing masturbation since from 10 years and now I feel pulse gets rapid beat while masturbation (ever before feeling of high pulse happens before) so will I able to exercise like walking, running or treadmill as exercises increases more heart beat but I panic also as im masturbate that time too pulse rate goes little normal high will exercise will be ok for me?
