Hello, it s not like what you said but anaemia commonly occurs due to deficiency of iron, b12 and folic acid. These needs to be transfered to fetus from mother. But when mother is only deficient of the vitamins these cannot be transferred and requirement of these will be higher that normal in fetus in view of fast growth. Kindly get the vitamin deficiency treatment as soon as possible.
