Hello doctor I had sex with my fiance a week ago. And I had unwanted 72 twice. Today I got my menses and it's on time but since than i'm having cramps, dizziness, low bp, blood clot, nausea, loss and gain of appetite, swollen feet. Is it normal or am I having issues in my body? I don't wanna share it with anyone. From last 4-5 years my periods are very light. I was thinking about consulting a doctor for the same but I don't want anyone to know about my physical relation with my fiance. Does these side effects will create some issue in my treatment or my doctor will know that I had that pills. Can you please help me doctor? Will I face any problem in having baby after marriage?
