I am suffering from cerebral palsy spasticity since birth for last few years I am experiencing more spasticity, muscular weakness and fatigue causing spasm, pain and stiffness in neck, knee, ankle and lower back area. On investigation - my x rays shows neck and lumbar spondylosis reduced disc space at c3-c4 to c5-c6 level and reduced disc space at l5-s1 level knee x-ray rt tibia- femoral joint- mild reduced joint space in medial compartment (degenerative change) my calcium - 9.5 and vit d - 51 and uric acid is 7.2 I am taking physiotherapy 3-4 days in a week, vitd 60k weekly dose and febucip 40 daily also takes zerodol Mr. and synaptol 100 when required but after doing all these I got relief temporarily, short time period. Kindly advice suitable medication and treatment regarding my problem? Thanks in advance.
