I am 21 years old male I am not able to walk for long time my legs feel very tired while walking I won't be able to walk for even 100 metres I am suffering from this issue from 3, 4 days. I had also used an ointment but that isn't even working. So, prefer me something beneficial.

Dip you legs in warm water everyday and massage you legs with warm oil. If you are not in a habit of walking too much, then I would advise you to slowly increase the time of walking. On a safer side, get your thyroid and insulin levels checked.
