I am unable to get sleep from past 1 week what can I do to get sleep please help.

Change food habites. Add in your food calcium, vitamines, minirales, proteins, milk, sweets etc. Do hard work in day time if don't have work than 10km cycling. Your body wants work that you are not doing. Leave strass, tentions before going to sleep. Do not thinks any think going to sleep. Do yoga, arobic excersices, walking. After dinner walk 1 to2 km daily.
