I get fresh twice a day. Is there any problem with my digestive system? How can I change this habit?

Some times it is normal if there is no other symptoms like acidity gas heavyness after meal laziness. Etc some diet in your life style also affect your bowel like milk, curd so if you have no other problem, better to leave it normal just focus on diet, digestion. & start exercise. If any problem revert back.
