I work for night shift and not able to sleep at night during my week off. Please tell me how to solve this problem also does it effect my health. Your answer would be appreciated.

You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep daily to remain healthy. You have to find time to sleep for 7-8 hours in the day time, if you can not find time to sleep in the night because of your job.
