For the last 20 days I have been exercising regularly for 1 hour and consuming only little rice and boiled vegetables for lunch and roti and dal with a vegetable. I am also drinking plenty of water. But then also there is not any noticeable change in my body and weight. What do you do? Also, recently I am having a lot of pimples. What do I do?

Keep on doing exercises and eat healthy. Losing fat takes time as it took years to build. But you can do it faster if you disciplined. So stay on track. The other thing is problem of your pimples - use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.
