Dear lybrate user, if you take care of your diet and digestive system you may increase your stamina you should avoid oil butter junk food. In this hot weather take four glass water early morning without brushing after sitting on the floor or on bed with crossing legs slowly. Take fruits salads boiled eggs, fibre food. And daily you must go for walk atleast 3 to 4 kim's.
