I am suffering from low stamina, I can't even run 500 mt on the go for continuation, what should I do to increase my endurance.

Dear Lybrate User, *Practice yoga, breathing exercise, physical exercise. *Avoid more tea, coffee, junk, dry, salty, maida related foods, avoid more cold soft drinks. *Do not skip meals. *Dinner should not be more quantity than lunch. *Avoid late night sleeping, sleep in time and for 6-8 hours. *Wake up early in the morning. *Little dry fruits, fresh fruits juice, fruits, milk are good source of energy.
