Now a days m practicing for up police running test. So how should I bulit up my stamina for 5km race. Today I run in slow speed for 20min. But I think need to be more faster and And stamina too please help me.

Dear lybrate user, Go for meditation to practice inhalation of plenty of oxygen through deep breathing to raise d tidal value of your lungs which will help U much in running exercise.
