Dear, *To control the oily secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive oily secretion on face. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, joggong 10 to 15 minutes. Do long breathing pranayams daily from 5 to 10 minutes. ? Drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. * Apply rose water on your face daily for 5 minutes. ? Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. *Apply cucumber juice mixed with curd for 5 minutes and rinse with water.
