My baby is 3 months old he is drinking enough formula and I am breastfeeding him frequently but I am not having enough milk Is there any problem in this.

I suggest you to stop or avoid formula milk as it can not replace the breast milk in its nutritional value. Try to breast feed your baby completely atleast for 6 months of age and later shift to formula feeds. Stress and other factors contribute to lesser production of breast milk so avoid stress and let your baby suckle to your breast as much as possible as it will stimulate milk production. Consult your gynaecologist if possible so that she can prescribe you some medication to increase your milk production.
