I listen So many females getting breast milk on between 15 to 20 years age on maturity. Is it true. Can you explain. And Milk come out On teen age years between 15 to 20 years age. When it will produces on breast.

Milk production starts only when a female gets pregnant and delivers. So there is no chance of milk production unless the female has delivered. There might be few secretions from breast on and off but we can not call it as milk.

Usually milk secretion from the breasts occurs once female get pregnant, but milk secretion is depends on hormone prolactin. Any stimulation of the nipple regularly in non pregnant lady can stimulate prolactin secretion, that lee's to milk secretion.
