Hi I am 31 years old male. Went semen culture test and my report as follows. Occasional pus cells and gram positive cocci in pairs seen. Moderate growth of alpha haemolyticstreptococci and scanty growth of coagulated negative staphylococci. Result: insignificant what does that mean.

You are suffering from infection/uti, etc. You need proper medication to heal yourself. After you do your urine r/e & culture again and when its normal you can do a follow up of semen analysis again to know the clear picture. Do not involve in any kind of sexual activities even if you are married (till the time your results are all normal).
