M married. My vaginal secretion smells. Foul fishy smell. This is continuous. I taken treatment also with gynaecologist she gave me clingen forte and so many antibiotics etc. Jb tak medicine called h tb thik hota h but med. Bad fir continue rhta hai. Phle kbbi kbbi vaginal secretion foul smell ata tha ab hmsha continuous hai mam. Her cough proper hygienic, med like dekh loya still. please suggest some treatment or help mam.
