I am a 44 years old architect working on computers for long hours. Recently the fingers of both my toes have started to pain immensely whenever I try to bend them or even while walking. I go for little walks more or less 3 to 4 times a week. And do little push up exercises at home. I am 5ft 9 inches tall weighing 75 kgs. Kindly advise. Thank you.

Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Also take calcium tablets shelcal 500mg for a limited period 2 months consult after 10 days.
