Sir I am 26 year old and have problems in passing urine so my doc gave me silodal 8 mg medicine which showed some improvement but after taking 2 dose when I tried to masturbate sperms didn't come out, and I am scared so just wanted to know, should I be worried or this side effect will go and everything will be normal when I will stop this medication.
