Mere beta ko 5-6 dino se loose motion ho rha h or wo bahut kamjor bhi ho gaya h. Koi kehta h ki daat aane ki wajah se aisa hota h use aaj paani bhi chadhaya gaya h. Pls suggest me aisi koi medicine aap suggest kar sako to. I am very worried?
