This is the diet plan having rich levels of protein: ? In morning eat a bowl of sprouted beans with curd. You can take milk in place of curd too. ? In afternoon eat cheese and a bowl of cereal (daal) and with two chapatti. ? In the evening eat a bowl of boiled soyabean with salads. Youcan also take a bowl of boiled Grams on the place of soyabeans. Soyabeans are taken in boiled form, in the form of Soya milk, Tofu or soya cheese. ? In night drink a glass of milk with two teaspoon of protien powders like Maltova or complan.
