I am 39 years defence personal and was on aspirin of 75 mg per day for one year and developed stomach problem. Now it's 08 months not taking aspirin. Presently, I only take thyroxine 12.5 mg for hypothyroidism and metxl 12.5 mg for mid lad myocardial bridge. I am fit by strength and energy. I run 5-6 km everyday followed by exercise. I also taken completed medicine course for post gastro related problem for 03 months. But my stomach is still creating problem. I want to completely heel my gi, please suggest, what can be done. I am taking all dietary care and precaution. Please suggest how to support gi to completely revive it. Presently using nexpro rd 40 mg and udizyme after food. What about omega-3, zinc, glutamine and probiotics supplements? Are they safe and how to take it. Are they going to help revive my gut health. Please suggest doc/dietician who can give me sufficient time, care and consultation till I revive my gut completely.
