You should change your working pattern. If you have to sit longer in office then stand-up intermittently and take a short walk come back then engage to your work again. It means don't fed with work with some change of method in doing your work. Do exercise in morning and in evening even if you arrange 15 minutes but do work out daily take healthy diet full of salads, juices, milk, fruits etc. And ayurvedic medicines. You will see a sea change in you strength.
