What are the symptoms of cancer? How we know that in our body at any part there are chances of cancer?

Dear sir, cancer is caused by abnormal uncontrolled proliferation of cells which may lead to symptoms like palpable lump, ulceration, abnormal bleeding from Anywhere, prolonged fever, weakness, weight loss, change in voice, constipation or diarrhoea, difficulty in swallowing, change in size of preexisting mole etc. 
We must examine ourselves every month and go for annual health screening check up to diagnose it early. There no specific test to suggest if anyone is likely to suffer from cancer in future, as yet.
