I am 30 years old I get cough while talking from past 2-3 years if I hold cough as I feel I am coughing a lot while talking. It's coming from inside and can't hold just like vomiting .coughing has reduced a lot after I stopped going to office (due to wfh) last year when my mother tested covid +ve all family members took chest scans to ensure we are not infected. Though I am not positive I remember in the report they mentioned they are seeing something like emphysema. I feel some stiffness in chest sometimes .i never smoked in my life. I lost that report somewhere I am scared from then I don't know what to do.
