Hello i'm male 23 years old, since 7 years I am doing masturbate twice or thrice a week but since 6 months I keep my self busy for controlling it by engaging with the job and other activities at present I don't have any feelings to do masturbate but when sleeping in the night sperm ejects automatically without my scene/knowledge of twice a week.
