Dear, these are some reasons for dark circles:
* lack of sleep * stress * lack of nutrition * anaemia follow these instructions and methods to reduce dark circles:
* eat green leafy vegetables and a bowl of cereal daily. Drink a glass of milk daily in night. Do not skip food eat on time.
You can drink carrot juice daily or eat raw carrots.
* take proper sleep 6 to 8 hrs daily.
* drink 6 to 7 glass of water daily.
* apply moisturizer around the eyes do massage slowly for 3 to 5 minutes daily.
* do long breathing pranayams daily for 5 to 10 minutes.
* apply piece of cucumber on eyes it has bleaching property for reduce dark circles.
