Respected sir on 21st april 2022 I had a sex with a lady far from my house with different types weather at that place she is of age 26 we had protected sex with condom neither of us have any sexual transmitted disease but only thing is that she is little bit drunk and so she sit on my face to give oral sex for once after that we came to house safely at 24th april 2022 at night I have a fever and felling thirsty and sometimes sneezing and no symptoms I am drinking more water then before my urine is clean and clear and I don't have any pain in urinal tract neither have any uncertain discharge here weather is near about 44' centigrade is this is the sign of std/hiv?
