Sir my age is 81 and for the past 2 months my two legs are swelling at the evening of the day and in the morning the swelling decreases. If you press the foot it is hard. And I am using amlongat 5mg for pressure. Please advise me what to do?

Swelling in legs is usually not caused by any orthopaedic disorder generally apart from injury etc. Since you have also been taking medicine for blood pressure, my advice for you is to get yourself checked by your physician as there are many causes for this swelling like cardiac causes, deranged lft, kft etc. Sometimes swelling is just postural, i. E when you stand and walk, swelling increases and it decreases while you lie down and elevate your legs.
