I am Suffering from diabetes. Fasting 127ppm, pp, 168' present drug gluconorm g_2in morning. Fasting sugar is high. My doctor says ok. Do some exercise. Not necessary to change medicine. What is your opinion?

Just follow the below given steps in your lifestyle and consult me after 2 months eat little at a time every 2-3 hourly. Don? t eat too much at a time brisk morning walk for 30 minutes regularly dinner 2 hours before going to sleep 10 minutes evening walk after dinner avoid sweets, mango, grapes, cold drinks in particular.
