I am a 19 year oldboy. I play football so I get ankle injury so much. Sprained ankle. So how I can cure it at home? Any exercise for it?

It looks like you are anaemic. And also you have to check with your vitamin and calcium, if the bones are weak then automatically the pain gets triggered more as there is less energy during any metabolic activity. that could be the main reason for your ankle injury when you play sports as calcium and vitamin deficiency will definitely affect the firm joints as Ankle is one of the firm joint in the lower limbs
