I am 26 year hold my hair is too much of dry and too much of hair fall what should I do. And I use to use body shop shampoos but now two months back I stoped using before that also my hair was too dry im planning to do hair smoothing is it safe. And I do all home made hair pack conditinoer and all but still it's too dry I can't open my hair only please help me out.
