My Father has Diabetic foot, left side. And is severely swelled up form past 2 years. Swelling is on toes and right beneath toes therefore he is not able to walk properly. MRI and Colour Doppler shows nothing. What is your opinion. Doc.?

You will have to see if there is any bone involvement (charcot's foot). He will need customized footwear to prevent development of wounds or ulcers on the pressure points. Please keep checking feet everyday to ensure immediate treatment incase of any infection.
