I have recently got night shifts in my job. But my motions is giving me problem. Usually it come n early morning wen I woke up but now wen I reach back to home. Wen I go to washroom I don't get the motions properly. And sleep also am not getting for 4 hours minimum. What to do?

Hi Mr. Lybrate-user, the motion problem z may be due to the changes in your sleep pattern. It will get adjusted slowly. Meanwhile drink lots of water frequently, have bananas aft dinner, and fibre containing food like green leafy vegetables, tubers, will help u. And do exercise for some half an hour a day. Try this for 3-4days, and if the problem still persists, you can consult a physician for further evaluation and investigation.
