My medications are going on for low sperm count. My sperm count had increased to 16 million per ml from 8 million in 20 days and after taking count in another 15 days it reduced to 11 million per ml. Do sperm count fluctuate during medications? Or the medicines have stopped working for me so it is getting reduced.
