I am a 16 year old male. I have previously suffered from panic attacks and from then I have got hell lot of problems. I get shaky if I don't eat .sometimes I see black for a sec if I stand up quickly. My heart beats fast if I eat and take a nap .i have done ecg (normal) abdominal ultrasound and only got diagnosed with fatty liver (stage 1) .what can be the reason of these problems. I will also tell some of my symptoms. Brittle nails (longitudinal ridges), muscle twitching, stiff neck sometimes, I also start hearing my heartbeat in my ears and neck (don't know how to describe it) when I walk fast or run. These scare me every day. please plz help me out if you can.
