Hi. This is asvani. I am having palpitations when panic. I am fearing about heart problem. Always am checking bp and pulse. When I am having anxiety, my pulse beating very fast. Previously I had anxiety for three years. Now again am having these symptoms. I don't know what to do. I took 3 ecg. All doctor said it's totally normal, but in the ecg report it mentioned sinus tachycardia and anterior t wave abnormality is non specific and border line ecg. I asked one cardiologist he said it's normal and it shows because your the pulse is 104. This is machine's algorithm and I am having palpitations when swallowing something. Is it my heart or mind?
