From the past 2 months my left upper corner tooth pains whenever I eat from that side. After sometime it gets normal. The pain is not very severe. What should I suppose to do now?

Pain on chewing is a sign of infection in the tooth. Suggest you to get the x ray done for that tooth. Depending on the level of infection. Treatment can be planned. Since the pain isn't severe. You should get the treatment done before it gets worst.
