I have 2 daughters n cause of 2 deliveries I have figureless body I want to reduce my tummy n my Virginia and increase my breast size. I have started morning walk from 3months for 30mins daily but no effect at all Please help me with home remedies as don't want to take medicine.

You cannot revert back to your previous self before deliveries, your daughters need your time. Do exercises like cycling as it is good for reducing the tummy & lower abdominal muscles including the lower reproductive tract but no jogging or running, it makes tissues lag downwards. Do yoga, lift weights -it helps tone up arms and make breasts firm. Eat a high protein diet like toned milks, eggs lots of fresh fruits and greens. Drink a glass of warm water with fresh lemon juice with a spoon of honey everyday on empty stomach. Target should be around 3-4 kgs per month, more weight loss rapidly will make you weak and unfit for routine work.
