Hi my wife is feeding milk to my 3months old son she is feeding from left side breast because she is not getting milk from right side so left side breast getting bigger than right so the size of breast is one big and one small so is there any problem if any problem so please suggest me what can I do. Thanks.

there will be no problem, the size will change to normal once she stops lactating. But see that the breast that is not fed from should not get engorged wth milk, because a mastitis or abcess may form

If she is not getting milk from right breast first you should confirm whether she has developed a lump in right breast and if she has not developed a lump then you can go ahead and try with massaging of breast and electric breast pumps which are available to extract milk.
