Dear lybrate-user there is no hard and fast rule suggesting you have to walk of 30-45 minutes - a lot will depend upon your general health and underlying suffering. In general if you are healty than 30-40 minutes of walk followed by stretching ofr 10-15 minutes and simultaneously having a check over your diet and more so linked to your suffering - like diabetic/ obesity/ status of your lungs/ heart etc.
