I'm 20 years old. While fingering, a small tissue was damaged (by nail) in my rectum, after a few days a small bump came out from that damaged tissue. (it's soft bump). I do not feel any kind of itching or pain in it. Is it related to fistula or piles or to which disease?

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. While perianal hematomas can be quite uncomfortable and painful in some cases, they usually heal on their own within a week. In more severe cases, your doctor might make a small incision to drain the blood or remove a blood clot. Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
