Hello, *ensure that your eyes remain hydrated. Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *don't keep looking at the computer screen continuously. *take balanced diet. *take a sound sleep. *do eye exercises. Euphrasia's 10% eye drop (sbl) instill 1-2 drops two times in a day.
