You take 3 big meals n 2 small meals between 3 big meals. In morning take 1 glass of lukeworm water with 1/2 spoon methidana powder its helps to control blood sugar level. Then walk for 45 min. Diet and exercise can help you. Do regular exercise like walking, yoga, push ups etc. Eat small amount of foods. Do not skip meals. Take food 5-6 times instead of 3 big meals. Avoid sugar, soft drinks etc. Avoid fast foods, junk foods etc. Use unrefined foods. Take watery vegetables, whole fruits. Eat more fish, lean meat etc. Use healthy fats. Avoid underground vegetables. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink plenty of water specially before meals. Take stress free rest.
