Sir, my vaccinated dog while playing gave me a scratch on my finger with its teeth and was bleeding. Its been almost 4 years, I have not taken vaccine that time as I was not aware of it. I am very anxious about this. Do I need arv for that bite now.

As per the information available-you have no chance of developing rabies out of the scratch of 4 years ago.Still if you are growing dogs;cats-it is always better to have regular preventive pre exposure vaccination against rabies-thank you for this important question
