I am 22years male, have a big varicocele since last 2 and half years. Hav also suffered with anxiety and depression and have taken imipramine for one months and later after prozac for about 20days, before 8months. Now I feel numbness in my penis and whole genitals, and there is almost no erection and zero libido. What has caused this and what should I do.
