I am not feeling well suffering from illness and I have so stomach pain and my arms all body not feel energetic please suggest me what should I do?

You should increase your body weight. Do muscle building exercise like weight lifting, yoga, push ups and others. Do not skip meals. Take extra amount of foods frequently than before. Take extra refined food with unrefined. Use more fish, egg, meat to gain weight. Add more healthy fats in cooking. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink plenty of water but not just before or during meals.
