Hi, with aging, body reabsorbs calcium and other minerals from your bones. This reabsorption can make your bones weaker and lead to osteopenia and osteoporosis. The bones become more vulnerable to fractures and other damage. Medication: give her homoeopathic medicine - calcarea phos. 6x/ 3 times a day for 3-4months. 10-15 minutes of sunlight exposure early in the morning 3-4times a week. Give her food rich in calcium - milk, milk products, green leafy vegetables.
