Doctor from last 5 to 6 days I feel pain in top of my penis and it become red. I did not do any kind of sexual thing. Is it normal or I should visit a doctor. Some white powder also collected in foreskin. I washed it from water but pain and redness still there inside penis. Please tell me something about that.
