Dear sir nearly 5-7 % cancers may be inherited, not all, but there can be common risk factors among close relatives like some industrial waste, soil, water pollution etc. Stages means the local or distant spread of disease. It tells about how big the tumour is and where else the disease has gone. Grade means how much the cells have changed from normal cells, well differentiated with better prognosis and poorly differentiatiated with worse prognosis.
